In an unhinged Twitter post, the first-term Congresswoman representing Missouri's First Congressional District called for Reps. Matt Gaetz, Paul Gosar, and Madison Cawthorn to be expelled for offering Rittenhouse internships in their offices.
Just being real: every day it feels more and more dangerous coming to work.

Not only do these members fuel violence. Now they’re actively recruiting someone whose sole qualification is killing people standing up for Black lives and getting away with it.
They must be expelled. https://t.co/ww7JFEWfXS
Rittenhouse is now completely free following the court ruling him as not guilty. If he so chooses to work as an intern in Washington, that is his right.
Although, there are some even on the right speaking out against this possibility.
In a telegram post, America First author Michelle Malkin responded to these calls by stating, "All these people offering to make Kyle a congressional intern need to stop. The last place on earth he needs to be is DC. Gross."
So while Washington, D.C. may not be the best place for Rittenhouse, it is insanity for a sitting Representative to call for members to be expelled over offering him a position in their office.
